This may seem odd, but since they are both plugged into the same power source they already have a common connection that I thought was a bit long. Note That the isolator also separated the ground / shield so I ran a chassis to chassis ground wire from the radio to the pc. It is plugged into the back of the PC, then the Hub that runs the three connections to my radio equipment is plugged into that. They may be listed in the “industrial” section as the isolators are sold for “factory” pc protection. They are available from the usual auction site. I purchased an Isolator for my USB cable three years ago. ![]()
